After a full evaluation, Centific business process experts verified the need for an extendible data model and data visualization platform that consolidated SAP modules effectively, and provided an organized structure for improving end-to-end lead time analysis.

DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT

Operating on a short timeframe, our experts applied an Agile approach to developing a robust data and process framework for a visualization dashboard. We laid the foundation for the dashboard with a process flow, logistics offer, and production optimization interface. We then developed a visualization platform that integrated the client’s multiple SAP data streams and enabled at-a-glance data analysis.
